Lovesome

Lovesome, or A garden is a lovesome thing, God wot is a part-song for TTBrB, probably with piano (the music fits with the piano version at MS.Tranchell.2.538, which we will locate and publish in due course).

Lovesome was probably composed in the late 1940s for The Footlights. One of the piano versions was written on blank pages of instrumental parts from the Footlights archive.

A caption on one score gives an alternative title: 'Psychological game (Doublebasses)'.
