These simple but effective settings appear regularly on the music lists at St John's College, Cambridge and St George's Chapel, Windsor, though in a slightly different version (of unknown origin).
The version presented here has been typeset from the original manuscripts as held in the Gonville & Caius College Music Library and the Cambridge University Library, with only minor editorial alterations in some of the beaming.
Ripon Cathedral Lay Clerks have used the settings a number of times since 2016. Brecon Cathedral Choir have adapted the settings for SATB by giving the top line to the trebles. And in late 2017 the setting successfully migrated North to Carlisle Cathedral under Mark Duthie, appearing regularly for the Boys & Lay Clerks.
