This table is a transcribed as faithfully as possible from a manuscript in PAT's hand in the possession of the late John West, entitled "Caian Musicians, Organ Scholars, Choral Scholars and Exhibitioners". Wikipedia links etc in the "More" column have been added. The "§" in the manuscript indicated choral exhibitioners.
